Indigo are a delightful acoustic duo consisting of stunning vocals and intricate guitar work from Steven Brady and Rob Shaw respectively. They have a very personal approach to their work, meaning that not only do they love what they do, but that they always aim to put your interests first, communicating with you to choose the best set lists and to discuss the other finer details of their performances, ensuring that they really hit the mark for you.

These two fantastic musicians are praised by all of their audiences, with comments being made on how “Steve and Rob have their own take on classic swing and jazz tunes” and the way their performances “perfectly set the tone”. They are also praised for their flexibility, with one couple saying that it was great being able to “talk to the band beforehand to get a feel for them”.

As a Wedding Band:

Indigo are available to be booked for afternoon, and evening / reception performances. Their sophisticated style and smooth sounding performance is coupled with their ability to create a fantastic atmosphere, leaving everyone with a smile on their face and their feet tapping. They also have the flexibility to tailor their sets for larger venues or fit in for more intimate functions.

Indigo will learn your first dance song as standard, and are happy to learn additional songs as an optional extra. They also have their own PA system suitable for audiences of up to 300 people which they are happy to use outdoors. Background music can also be played between sets while the band takes a break to keep the atmosphere just right.

Both their look and sound epitomised cool. They set the perfect tone for the evening and wowed our guests. We could have continued listening to them all evening! Repertoire:

Indigo’s repertoire is a fantastic mix of jazz and swing sweeping over from the 20’s to the Rat Pack era and more. You’ll recognise many great tracks form their repertoire, ranging from slow ballads like Fly Me To The Moon (Frank Sinatra), mid-tempo songs like Beyond The Sea (Bobby Darin) and up-tempo songs like Can’t Take My Eyes Off You (Frankie Valli) and Singin’ In The Rain (Gene Kelly). There’s even a few Christmas songs available for the festive time of year.

The main thing that stands out about this duo however, is their incredibly unique take on all of the songs in their repertoire. As they are comprised of only acoustic guitar and vocals, these two musicians are forced to get creative, making their songs even more enjoyable to hear live.
