Teacher’s Biography:
Since graduating from the Folk and Traditional Music Degree at Newcastle in 2010 I have worked as a professional musician as a performer with different ensembles (Birze, Five Men No Dog, Solo) and as a peripatetic guitar teacher, this has greatly influenced my style of teaching.
I have performed all over the UK and Europe and are an exponent of the acoustic finger-style guitar technique as well as other styles.
I have a PGCE in Secondary Education Music and have worked as a secondary school music teacher. Previously I did a BMUS in Folk and Traditional Music and have an enhanced DBS certificate for work with adults and children.
