I pride myself on providing enjoyable lessons for all students. I think that enjoying what you learn is the key to making fast and good progress.

I'm a music lover and I try to reflect this in my teaching & offer lessons in pop, rock, blues & metal. Within these genres I'm sure you can find plenty of music you enjoy.
We will always learn in a direction that you want to. If you want to learn graded exams or just learn some chords for fun then I'm always happy to help you on your journey.
Lessons are pay-as-you-go, weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.
I can teach students of all abilities and because of this, I welcome both beginners and advanced players to take lessons with me.
I'm a professional drum teacher who has both studied music and been teaching students to play the drums for a number of years.
During my time at university I was luck enough to play with many talented drummers and learn from some of the best teachers in the world who have taught a wide array of talented artists.
Whilst I specialise in Pop, Rock and metal genre’s I love all styles of music and have played in many groups of many different musicians.
I have a lifelong passion for music and teaching and enjoy helping others achieve their musical goals by developing your musical ear, technique, practical theory and focus.
I have knowledge in music production and recording techniques which; for musicians of today, is an almost vital tool for composition, developing your ear and creating the sound you want to hear.
My lessons can be catered to the student and can consist of Practical theory for drums, Reading music and tablature, Rudiments, scales, chords and improvising, Drumming for all genres & Stage craft.
Cambridge is a vibrant city with a great music scene and we are luck enough to have plenty of music shops to go hand in hand with the scene.

I take most of my lessons from my home teaching space in the CB1 1LH area of the city.
I currently offer my tuition to young learners and adults. I have experience in teaching all ages.
Weekly lessons are recommended but not essential. However, I'm happy to have less frequent lessons if you would like.
Please note that Drum Lessons Cambridge operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that if a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the arranged time the student will be charged the full price of the lesson. Should you need to cancel a lesson please contact me at your earliest opportunity to re-arrange.
