Hello, My name is Harry and I'm a professional musician & guitar tutor based in Clapham. I pride myself on giving students an excellent quality in lessons featuring methods and materials collected over years of experience. I would love to provide you with exceptional tuition!
I provide lessons to all ages above 6 with an attention to a great range of styles. These genres include rock, pop, folk and classic childrens music for young beginners.
I have extensive experience, both as an enhanced DBS checked teacher and professional musician. Some of my achievements have included securing a Distinction grade MA in Commercial Music, giving multiple lectures at Bath Spa University and working with multiple entertainment agencies as a session guitarist.

Lessons are always tailored to the personal interests and abilities of my students, however the clarity and quality of the material presented is always prioritised. To achieve clear progress you will receive personal lesson reviews, practice tasks and supplementary audio/video materials after each lesson.

As well as my experience in education studying my MA (Distinction in Commercial Music) and as a guitarist in London's prestigious music scene, I have extensive experience teaching in many capacities.
In London I received SafeGuarding Children training with Kings College Hospital where I also acquired an enhanced DBS certificate. Since my graduation in 2014, I have enjoyed 6 years as a professional musician and guitar teacher. I believe that as an experienced player, it is highly important to inspire the next generation of enthusiasts.
I offer a methodical and tactical approach to guitar lessons that has proven effective over the several years that I have been teaching. It is of utmost importance that my students remain enthused and excited to achieve their guitar goals!

Lessons are priced at £25 for half an hour and £40 for a full hour.
My lessons are often held in my studio located at Lancaster Avenue, SE27 9DZ. However, I also offer lessons at a location of your choice in and around the Clapham area as well as online guitar lessons.
I teach all ages 6 and above. I have much experience with teaching students of all age groups!
Nope! Lessons can be booked as little or often as you'd like, however I highly recommend intervals no longer than three weeks as this can effect rate of progress.
Here at Guitar Lessons Clapham, we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that I ask students to contact me 48 hours prior to the booking to rearrange. A lot of my students rearrange lessons which is absolutely fine, but I do ask students to keep me updated if there is a problem with an upcoming session in order to save your fee and my time.
