My name is Daniel, I'm a professional guitar teacher offering high-quality guitar lessons in the Pimlico area.
I am an experienced musician with 10 years of gigging and recording experience as a guitar player across various genres of music, including Rock, Blues, Jazz and Country.
My primary goal as a teacher is to give you as a student effective and practical tools for building their musical vocabulary in a fun and effective way without making it feel too much like school.

Each lesson is catered toward the individual. I aim to teach every student the integral aspects of whichever genre or musical concept they would like to learn about. I help them develop their own unique musical voice with care and patience.
I teach Electric/Acoustic guitar from beginner to advanced students ages 7 and up. I can offer expert tuition in electric and acoustic guitar, music theory, ukulele and bass guitar to students of any ability level.
Lessons are pay-as-you-go, weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.
I am pleased to offer lessons to students of all ages and abilities from 11+.
Learn to strum chords and play melodies using scales
I am comfortable in teaching almost all genres of music ranging from, Blues, Rock, Jazz, Country and Pop. Together we can create a tailored lesson plan based on your goals and individual learning needs.
Alongside learning songs, I can also assist you in finding your own musical voice with techniques such as Fret-board Knowledge, Technique, Improvisation, Scales and arpeggios.
When preparing for grade examinations, I can also help you develop with Country finger-style playing, Accompaniment and Sight-reading.
Move on to the next level with Harmonic Analysis, Transcription and Ear Training
I am a qualified music teacher, having studied at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, achieving a BMus Popular Music Performance, Qualification type: BMus (Hons) First Class.
I like to teach my lessons in an informal way, working with my students at their pace to learn a lesson plan tailored around their favourite music and learning needs. Every student is different and I always take this into account when delivering great and informative lessons.
I pride myself on being a relaxed, friendly yet professional teacher, my lessons are taking online or through a mobile tuition service, meaning you can learn to play your favourite music, at your own pace, from the comfort of your own home.

Lessons are £15 per half-hour £30 for an hour of one-to-one tuition.
I am actually a mobile teacher, meaning I can travel to the location of my students and they can take lessons from the comforts of their own home. I also teach online via Skype/Zoom.
I teach students of all ages and abilities from 11+.
I always recommend my students take lessons weekly for maximum progress in a shorter space of time, however I am happy to accommodate fortnightly lessons.
At Guitar Lessons Pimlico, I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a lesson that is fine, but please let me know 24 hours before the start time of our lesson. Any lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be charged a full lesson fee.
