I will try my best to make sure every lesson is made to your specifications & we learn what you want to learn during the course of your lessons.

I teach a wide age range. However, I would recommend starting no younger than age 7.

I love to teach all genres as I really enjoy all styles of music. Whatever you are interested in, I will be able to teach.

I teach graded exams as an option for those who want to go through them. If this is something you would like to pursue, please let me know.

1/2 Hour Lessons

£16.00

I offer my half hour lessons to those who prefer to learn short and often. They are also very suitable for younger learners under the age of 10 as I really feel an hour can be too long sometimes.

1 Hour Lessons

£27.50

My one-hour lessons are by far my most popular option. I would recommend these for any student who wants to learn how to play in the most effective way. One hour per week is usually enough to see some fast progress in your playing.

& why they love my piano lessons

Ellie

'I didn’t click with my previous teacher, but Callum is great at showing me the meaning of the music. I was really nervous for my last exam, but Callum worked with me to calm my nerves and I got a distinction!'

'Callum helped me re-discover my passion for music. I was tired of exams and classical music, but learning about popular music with Callum has made piano lessons fun again.'

About Your New
Piano Teacher

Friendly, helpful and focused on helping you to rapidly learn how to play the piano.

As well as having a Degree in Popular Musical Performance, I also have a vast amount of experience in performing all over the UK with various acts. This is all experience that I would love to pass onto you.

I make sure we personalise every lesson to your personal tastes. We will always make sure to learn the music you love as well as learning all the essential theory.

I am an extremely approachable person and will always make sure to make myself available for any questions that you might have. No matter what the question is I guarantee I have probably been asked before.

I will always make sure we learn at a pace that works for you. I understand that not everyone learns at the same speed. With this in mind, I will always try my best to fit my teaching style to your learning speed.

Local Piano Teacher Tips:

Piano Shops in Solihull:

There are not many options in the Solihull area but these are probably the best stores that I can personally recommend.

Express Music is probably the most well-known shop in the area and they cater to everyone from Pianists to Guitarists. If you are a beginner looking to get started then make sure and talk to the staff here as they are very helpful. Express music is located on unit 10, Rear of, 179 Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 3AU.

If you want more options you are going to travel further into Birmingham and the best music shop, in my opinion, is PMT Birmingham which stock almost anything you will need and have a wide range of options in various price ranges. You can find them on 136 Lawley Middleway, Birmingham B4 7XX.

Music Courses in Solihull:

There are not many options in Solihull when it comes to further education with music but if we travel further into Birmingham there are a wide range of options.

The most obvious option that springs to mind would beUniversity Of Birmingham who have various degree options if you are looking to take your learning into further education.

Another great option, if you aren't ready for University, would be one of the music courses at South & City College Birmingham. They have many courses available including music performance and music production. This is a great option for teenage learners who want to expand their knowledge.
