Joe Revell

I would recommend that my students start from the age of 13 upwards. Adult learners are also most welcome to take singing lessons, with students of all singing abilities taught - including beginners.

I have experience performing a wide spectrum of genres, from pop to jazz, and rock to musical theatre. With singing the fundamentals are the same, so if you want to sing it, I can teach it.

I'm a patient, flexible teacher, and I want my students to learn to sing through the music that they love, I find this gets the best outcomes, whilst also being the most fun!

As well as being a qualified singing teacher, I also teach piano as an instrument and offer music theory lessons. If this is something you would like to learn, please let me know.

I would recommend my one-hour lessons for learners who are 13+ and who have a real drive to practice and take in as much information as possible. I believe my one-hour lessons are the best way to improve in a short space of time.

About Your New
Singing Teacher

Friendly, helpful and focused on helping you to rapidly learn how to improve your vocals.

I have been teaching piano and vocals full time for about a year now and before that have spent 5 years directing choirs and a cappella groups. On top of that, I also passed grade 8 in piano with Merit after only 2 years of playing back in 2012.

I will always make sure that what we work on is tailored to you, your goals and your style. The planning process is collaborative, this allows us to work together to help you progress at a pace that works for you.

My students always tell me how fun my lessons are whilst still being as informative as possible. I believe it is important to enjoy your lessons to enable you to progress at a good pace.
