Learn in a Relaxed and Comfortable Environment

The main advantage to taking Piano lessons online is that you can take them from anywhere, with no need to worry about travelling, parking or any of those other issues. You can remain relaxed in the comfort of your own home which I find helps people to learn a little better.

All you need in order to take the lessons are an Internet Connection and some form of video conferencing software such as Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. Due to taking lessons in this unique way I am able to offer piano students worldwide to anyone who can connect with me.

Prices:

My Experience as a Teacher

I am an experienced teacher of Piano, Guitar, Saxophone, Music Theory & Composition.

As well as face-to-face, I’ve been teaching online for a while, making lessons interactive and clear via multiple webcams and a virtual piano. Students love these lessons as much as face-to-face!

I am a graduate of Leeds College of Music, have a post-graduate teaching qualification and previously worked as a classroom music & music technology tutor for ages 11-18. I’ve led numerous ensembles including guitar and ukulele groups, jazz bands and choirs, and have led music workshops in primary schools.

More About My Lessons

All ages and abilities are welcome. I believe it’s so important to tailor lessons to the learning style and music preferences of each individual. I’m incredibly versatile in the styles I teach, which include Classical, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Folk, and Electronic.

Having online lessons means you can take lessons whenever suits you, with higher amounts of flexibility due to the ease of taking lessons online. I am happy to work around you and arrange lessons for times that suit your schedule, ensuring a relaxed learning experience.

My online piano lessons will cover practical elements such as learning and playing complete songs, recitals etc as well as providing insight in to the music theory and the behind the scenes of those pieces. I believe both elements are just as important as each other to ensure you grow and develop as an all round musician.
