    We’re extremely lucky to have found such an incredibly talented piano teacher, who also plays professionally. It was important for us to find someone laid back, who was flexible and could teach many styles from classical to improvised chords and jazz. Ashley immediately hit it off with our teenage son and has brought out the best in his abilities. Our son has made rapid progress, loves practicing and can’t wait for his next lesson! Ashley has also been teaching him the music software: Logic Pro X, so he can record his own piano compositions. Our son (age 15) says: “Ashley is friendly, encouraging, teaches well and makes sure you understand”.

    As much as Sidh loves music, he is not very receptive to coaching from others, Ashley has been an exception to the rule, Ashley truly understands Sidhs psychology, pitches the right level of challenge, encourages his strengths and somehow strikes the right chord with him, im so glad we discovered him.

    Thanks to Ashley our 10 year old daughter Savannah has made excellent progress over the past 6 months and has gained huge confidence playing the piano as well as sight reading. Ashley has broadened her appreciation of music by introducing her to a wide range of composer and genres, As parents it is a joy to see her motivated and enthusiastic about daily practise.

    My daughter is 15 and has been having piano lessons with Ashley for the last couple of years ,she has come on in leaps and bounds ,when she first started the lessons they were in Ashley’s lovely and very comfortable home, but due to covid, we have now had to resort to on line lessons which is working a treat ,would fully recommend him thank you Ashley.

    I’ve really enjoyed learning to play the piano with Ashley as my teacher. He has helped me improve my playing tremendously and is good at teaching at different paces, depending on the difficulty of the piece. He is a really great, engaging teacher who has allowed me to steadily develop my playing skills, with me learning something new every lesson.

    Having not touched a piano keyboard fir 35 yrs, Ashley got me through 4 pieces of music during a 6 week period. Very calm, very patient and very encouraging – I cannot recommend Ashley to new starters, or middle aged guys (me !) looking to be able to play a few songs at a party ! Thanks Ashley.

    Ashley is a great piano teacher! He has been working with our son Max for about a year now, and has really ignited his interest for it. He makes lessons fun but professional at the same time – allowing Max to move at his own pace – working with a combination of technical practice exercises, suggested pieces from Ashley, and also letting Max choose some songs that he would like to learn. This combination is a great approach and is working very well.

He really knows how to find ways of making you understand what he’s teaching and he is also successful in making the learning process very enjoyable. I think he’s got a very warm personality which is great because it makes you feel comfortable during the lessons. The price is very reasonable for the quality of teaching that he offers. I definitely recommend his service 🙂

As a result her learning piano has really come on in the last year. I’d highly recommend Ashley as a piano teacher.
