Teacher's Biography:

Gail is an experienced vocal coach, drawing on over 20 years of playing and performing experience. She specialises in helping students of all ages and levels reach their full vocal potential, giving them the option to take graded exams if they wish to. She also has a great deal of experience teaching within local Leicester schools (Leicester High School for Girls, Overdale Junior School) so would be more than happy to teach younger students. Gail offers Grades and through certified bodies, your children can take their grades with Gail at our studio. This is important for those wanting to do GCSE music and other courses which normally ask for a minimum of Grade 5 Music Theory.

Gail is Grade 8 Singing & Grade 5 Music Theory (The Associated Board of The Royal School of Music) and is currently working towards a Diploma in Teaching (Trinity Syllabus). She covers a wide range of different musical styles, from classical to musical theatre, and can provide both individual and group lessons.

Gail has also been playing the Cello since she was 11 years of age. Gail has taught students of all ages and abilities the Cello over the last few years. Gail specialises in teaching pre-grade to those wanting to take exams in Cello ABRSM up to and including Grade 5. She has 100% Pass rate in all Cello exams taken by students.
